I first would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year and hope you are well and staying safe during these challenging times.
At Leominster Credit Union our priority continues to be the health and wellbeing of our members and employees. We have maintained our commitment to serve and assist you with all of your financial needs, although our approach has transformed to provide the safest environment during this challenging year. We do not take these decisions lightly and always consider the guidance of the state and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) before moving forward. Knowing this has presented some challenges, I would like to apologize for the longer than normal wait times you may be experiencing at our branch drive-ups and through our Member Service Call Center. Similar to other financial institutions, we realize it is not ideal to operate with our lobbies closed to appointment only. Unfortunately, we have been faced with extenuating circumstances that have impacted our member facing staff and are operating with less staff than what we are accustomed to due to Covid-19.
Your support, patience, and simple acts of kindness and ‘thank yous’ to our staff during these times have been greatly appreciated. We look forward to opening our lobbies as soon as we are safely able to do so. Until then, we want to take this time to sincerely thank you for your continued trust in Leominster Credit Union.
